Haven't needed to repost my TOS from my old FA but now that I have a reason I will.

1: If I have gifted or traded you art, and we get into some sort of drama that results in blocking or no longer speaking, you are NOT allowed to use that art anymore. I have a list on people that are not allowed to use them for easy access.

General stuff

-I suffer from bad depression and often lose drawing motivation. So commissions can take a day or they could take a couple weeks or so. But I promise you I will get it done

-I have the right to refuse your commission

-I do haggle but please keep in mind, my prices are below average anyway.

-If you have not bought or traded for the art piece and you and me have some sort of conflict, you will be added to a list and will no longer have permission to use it. That will be theft. People are rarely added to this list but it does happen. List is at the bottom.

-Sometimes my life will get a little hectic. It doesn't always happen but it is still a thing that can. Respect this please.

-I do not issue refunds - I am rarely commissioned and will usually take the money and spend it as soon as I can. This may change in the future if I start to get more commissions

I had this problem arise of people not liking their facebook name posted with their bewares
If you post your art and characters on your facebook page, I will put that page because that is where they will be. If you have a problem, you should have made a different facebook for posting them, or just not done it in the first place. This is my only rule of if you wronged me, you do not get to use my art. And if I take permission away from you to use my art and you do it anyway, that is called art theft.

*All of this only applies to gift or trade art, if you paid for it with points or actual money, that piece is safe. Any other pieces that are not should be removed.

-Not owning a TOS and then suddenly making one forbidding me from using your art just to spite will be ignored because you made a TOS for the soul purpose of revenge and that is childish and petty.
If you have made me art and would like to talk to me like an adult and ask me to remove it, then that is fine. But just posting a TOS that you have /just/ created will not get you anywhere.
Don't be childish guys.

How to get off the list:
I will review the situation with the member in question and decide to put it behind us, accept and apology, or for some you will never get off of here because you wronged me to a certain level.
